These class II molecules are expressed on antigen presenting cells (including B cells) and a subset of T cells from H-2b,d,q,r bearing mice and are involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD4 proteins.||Applications: |Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution: |Flow Cytometry: 2ul or 5ul of antibody/test (million cells in 100ul staining volume or per 100ul of whole blood).|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability:|Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE/Cy5 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
